Hi! I’m Bob Sakalas. I’m an SAP Evangelist working within the SAP North American Center of Excellence for our Business Technology Platform or BTP. The SAP Business Technology Platform combines numerous technologies to help corporations run better, innovate faster, and gain greater value from their technology investments.
Over the next months, I will explore a multitude of topics from why SAP created BTP to the importance of key components of BTP from Cloud Platform to SAP HANA to advanced technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, digital process automation, and more.
The blog posts, views, and ideas on this site are my own and not endorsed by SAP. My goal is to greatly simplify SAP’s goals, plans, and products so that the average high school student can understand and relate to it. SAP is well known for incredible engineering but we often fail to simplify topics to their core essence. On occasion, I hope to feature some posts by guests as well.
